Calathea Zebrina
Calatheas are commonly known as prayer plants, because their leaves fold together at night, like praying hands. Velvety, oblong, variegated leaves are the striking features of this eye-catching Calathea Zebrina. Native to Brazil, these leaves curl up at night, and unfurl in the morning to get as much light as they can. As a plant that really loves humidity, put them together with other plants, or near a humidifier to replicate the conditions of a rainforest.
