Heuchera

Commonly known as Coral Bells or Alumroot, the Heuchera is a perennial foliage plant and there are many different varieties and colours. Their leaves are rounded, lobed and hairy, and they bear attractive flowers too.

Most Heucheras do best in dappled shade, but is an adaptable plant which can adapt quickly to different environments nonetheless. The darker-coloured varieties can withstand more light than their lighter-hued counterparts.
