Sunflower
The poster flower of summers, Sunflowers (Helianthus Annuus) signify warmth, sunshine and strength as they are a reflection of the sun. They have the ability to provide energy and vibrancy and are often gifted to friends and families. A cheerful flower, give them enough sunshine and they will bloom beautifully where they are. Sunflowers grow best in locations with direct sunlight (6 to 8 hours per day), and they require long, hot summers to flower well. Sunflower seeds can also be collected from the flower heads for propagation.
